SMS eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS program.

Your text message choices

Signing up for texts is separate from submitting an inquiry, agreeing to website policies, or making a purchase. The contact form offers two separate choices:

• Inquiry and appointment texts: Responses to your property inquiry, follow-up about that inquiry, and scheduling or reminders for appointments you request.
• Promotional property updates: Marketing messages about property opportunities and buying or selling real estate.

You may select either choice, both, or neither. We send only categories for which you have provided the appropriate consent. Your consent is given to DIMITRI ENTERPRISES LLC and does not enroll you in another company’s messaging program.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from us and messages you send to us. Contact your mobile provider about your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to a message from us to unsubscribe. We may send one confirmation that the opt-out was processed. We will then stop further program messages to that number unless you provide new consent.

To subscribe again, return to our contact form and make your text message choices again.
